General Return Conditions

  • Products must be returned in original condition
  • All cartons, packaging, and accessories must be intact
  • No stains, damage, scratches, or physical alterations must be present
  • Original seals (where applicable) must not be broken

Faulty or Defective Products

If a product is found to be faulty upon delivery, customers must notify PikPays immediately after receiving the item. The issue must be reported for proper verification and resolution.

Once confirmed, the product must be returned within 3 days of delivery. Failure to report or return within this timeframe may void eligibility for refund or replacement.


Service Center Requirement

In cases where a product issue cannot be resolved through return or immediate replacement, customers may be required to take the product to the official service center of the manufacturer for diagnosis or repair.


Refund Conditions

  • Refunds are processed only after product inspection and approval
  • Items must meet all return conditions before refund is approved
  • Refunds may take processing time depending on payment method
  • Delivery and logistics fees may be non-refundable

Late Return Submission

Returns submitted after the 3-day reporting window for faulty products may be rejected or redirected to the manufacturer’s service center.

Product Not in Original Condition

Items returned with missing accessories, damaged cartons, stains, or signs of use may not qualify for refund or may attract partial refund deductions.

False Claims

Any false claim of defect or misuse of the return policy may result in rejection of return requests and restriction from future purchase eligibility.

Unauthorized Returns

Products returned without prior approval from PikPays will not be accepted or processed.
