Delivery Coverage

We deliver across Nigeria depending on product type, seller location, and logistics availability. Some products may have limited delivery coverage due to size, category, or special handling requirements.

Delivery Timeframe

Delivery time varies based on product availability and location:

• Lagos deliveries: usually faster (same-day or within a few days depending on item)
• Outside Lagos: delivery time depends on logistics and distance

Customers will be informed of estimated delivery timelines during order confirmation.

Shipping Process

Once payment is confirmed or order is approved (for Pay on Delivery in Lagos where applicable), the order is processed, packaged, and handed over to our logistics partners for delivery.

Delivery Conditions

• Customers must provide accurate delivery details
• Phone number must be reachable during delivery
• Orders must be received at the agreed delivery location
• Inspection may be allowed before acceptance (where applicable)

Delivery Penalties & Policies

Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable customer, or refusal to receive order, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Orders cancelled after dispatch may attract cancellation or logistics fees depending on the stage of delivery.

Delayed Pickup or Acceptance

Customers are expected to accept delivery within the agreed timeframe. Delays caused by customer unavailability may result in storage or re-delivery charges.

Pay on Delivery Abuse (Lagos Only)

Abuse of Pay on Delivery services (such as refusal without valid reason after dispatch) may lead to restriction of future Pay on Delivery eligibility.
