1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of PikPays, a registered online marketplace and service platform that facilitates the sale of goods and services including e-commerce products, properties, automobiles, and courier/logistics services.

By using PikPays, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.


2. Scope of Services

PikPays operates as a marketplace and service intermediary in the following areas:

  • E-commerce: Phones, electronics, computing, gadgets, fashion, groceries, and related goods
  • Properties: Sale and listing of real estate and rental properties
  • Automobile: Vehicle sales, listings, and related automotive services
  • Courier/Logistics: Delivery and transportation of goods

PikPays may act as a direct seller or an intermediary connecting buyers and verified sellers.


3. Order Process

Orders are placed via WhatsApp or approved channels. All orders are subject to confirmation, availability, and verification before processing.

PikPays reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order at its discretion.


4. Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made via approved methods only (Bank Transfer, PayPal, Pay on Delivery where applicable)
  • Bank transfer is strictly for WhatsApp-confirmed orders
  • Orders are only processed after payment confirmation
  • Unauthorized payments are not the responsibility of PikPays

5. Delivery & Logistics

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and product type
  • Courier services may be used for logistics and third-party delivery
  • Customers must provide accurate delivery information
  • PikPays is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers

6. Properties & Automobile Transactions

Property and automobile listings may involve third-party sellers or verified agents. PikPays acts as a facilitator and is not always the direct owner of listed assets unless stated.

Customers are advised to verify all details before completing high-value transactions.


7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Returns are only accepted where products meet return eligibility conditions
  • Items must be returned in original condition with all accessories and packaging intact
  • Faulty items must be reported immediately upon receipt
  • Eligible faulty items must be returned within 3 days
  • Some items may require manufacturer/service center inspection instead of return

8. Warranty Policy

Warranty is provided only where applicable by the manufacturer or supplier. PikPays is not responsible for factory defects after purchase.

Faulty products under warranty must be taken directly to the official service center of the manufacturer.


9. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate contact and delivery details
  • Inspect products upon delivery where applicable
  • Follow official payment instructions only
  • Report issues within required timeframes

10. Restrictions & Penalties

Order Abuse

Abuse of Pay on Delivery or refusal to accept confirmed orders may lead to account restrictions.

Payment Issues

Payments made outside official channels will not be honored or refunded.

Return Violations

Returns with missing accessories, damaged packaging, stains, or altered condition may be rejected or partially refunded.

Fraudulent Activity

Any form of fraud, false claims, or misuse of PikPays services will result in permanent restriction from the platform.


11. Limitation of Liability

PikPays is not liable for indirect losses, delays, third-party service failures, or issues arising from misuse of products or services after delivery.


12. Changes to Terms

PikPays reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of updated terms.
